How much does it cost to replace my roof?

 

The average house in the USA is 25 square of roof area which is a construction term for 2,500 square feet. A low slope roof with a 4/12 pitch and simple design costs around $9,500, or a steep slope roof with a 8/12-12/12 pitch with a simple design will cost around $11,500.

This is a rough estimate your roof may be more or less depending on the size, pitch, and complexity. We offer military and senior discounts. When the conract is made at least 40% of the total invoice must be paid to cover cost of materials. The remaining balance must be paid when the job is finished. There is an additional 10% off for paying 100% up front. We are bound legally by the contract to complete the job.

Do I need to be home when you replace my roof?

 

No, we understand you have a life to live and we don't need to be inside your house for any reason. When the job is finished Derek will call you to arrange payment for any remaining balance of the invoice if not paid in full by completion of the contract. 

 

What if there is more work needed than estimated?

 

No problem, sometimes when you tear the old roof off you find rotted decking material that will need replaced, we will notify you of any problem on the roof, that way you are informed and we can add it on the invoice easily with no surprises.

 

What if I had a cheaper estimate from another contractor?

 

We strive to beat our competition, however the contractor may be using an inferior brand of shingle, may not be offering the same service, and 9 times out of 10 they are con artists, not contractors. They take your money and you will have roof leaks because the roof was not properly installed by a certified and insured professional and you will be stuck in a rut. Thats why we offer a 20 year workmanship warranty with our roofs along with a lifetime warranty for the roof system because we know it is done properly. Also we will follow up in the fall, winter, and spring to check on any service needs like removing debris off the roof, removing snow/ice from the roof, and cleaning your gutters.

 

How long does it take to replace my roof?

 

In most cases it will only take a day or two depending on the size of your home.
